The portraits and stories presented on 1956.hu were also published in a large-format photo album (1956 Budapest / Faces and Fates, 1956 Personally).

Alongside the portraits, the volumes contain excerpts from personal testimonies, short biographies, maps and background material. My aim is to preserve the memory of the heroes by presenting the personal stories and everyday participants of the 1956 Revolution.

The photographs, interviews, editing and design of the volume were created by Örs Csete.
